12 Days Around Morocco

Breakfast. Departure to visit the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Oudayas. We will continue along the Atlantic Ocean to the small white village of Asilah, before ending our day in Tangier. Accommodation in a Hotel/Riad.

Breakfast. We begin the day by visiting the Caves of Hercules and the Spartel Lighthouse. Just outside, right? We continue to the colonial city of Tetouan for a panoramic tour and end in the stunning blue city of Chefchaouen, where we will enjoy free time. Overnight at a Hotel/Riad.

Breakfast. Free time to explore the town of Chefchaouen. Chaouen, as the locals call it, has one of the finest medinas and is nestled against the stunning backdrop of the Rif Mountains. Famous for its white and indigo-blue painted medina, we will depart for Meknes in the afternoon to visit the magnificent Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, adorned with beautiful mosaics, and its imposing Bab el-Mansour gate. Our itinerary will continue to Fez. Arrival and overnight stay at a Hotel or Riad.

Breakfast. The day will be dedicated to exploring the imperial city of Fez. We will begin our visit at the golden gates of the Royal Palace and then, from a high point in the city, we will contemplate the great wall that encloses the amazing old medina, which we will later explore to experience the different sensations the city has to offer. Along the narrow streets, we will discover mosques and madrasas until we enter the tanners' quarter, where we will witness the tanning and dyeing of leather. Remainder of the day at leisure. Accommodation in a Hotel/Riad.

Breakfast. We will depart for Midelt, passing through Ifrane, known as Little Switzerland. We will stop and rest in the cedar forest of Azrou, where we will enjoy watching monkeys in their natural habitat. We will continue our journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains until we reach Midelt. We will continue through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, from where we will follow a road that leads to the desert and travel through the dunes to the Kasbah. Dinner and overnight stay in a Hotel/Riad.

Breakfast. Day reserved for enjoying, delighting, and experiencing the desert in its purest form. We'll begin in Hassilabied, where we'll enter a palm grove created and cared for by the entire community. We'll continue through the dunes and desert trails, passing through Merzouga, and travel back in time to the small village of Khamlia, inhabited by nomads from sub-Saharan Africa. There, we'll listen to African Gnawa folk music, and the locals will accompany us on a tour of their village. At night, we'll board a camel and travel to the heart of the desert to spend a night under the stars in Khaima, alongside the authentic Berber people, with whom we'll enjoy their drumming and a typical dinner.

We will wake up early to watch the sunrise over the desert. On our way back to camp, we will cross the Erg Chebbi dunes, enjoying spectacular views. Breakfast and a moment of relaxation at the hotel, before heading to the town of Rissani to enjoy its colorful souk. We will visit the Tafilalet palm grove and cross the Todra Gorge, ending our route in Ouarzazate. Accommodation and dinner at a Hotel/Riad.

Breakfast. We will spend the morning visiting the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for being the setting for major films such as Gladiator, among others. After lunch, we will continue our journey through the Atlas Mountains and the Telouet Valley to finally arrive in Marrakech. Overnight at a Hotel/Riad.

Breakfast. In the morning, we will enjoy a city tour, visiting the minaret of the Koutubia Mosque and the Saadian tombs. During a charming walk through the alleys of the medina, we will join the crowds until we reach the Bahia Palace and its beautiful gardens, ending at the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The famous square is alive with storytellers, magic potion sellers, dancers, snake charmers, and acrobats. A magical place that transforms in the evening and fills with lights, colors, people, and more. Overnight in a Hotel/Riad

Breakfast. We will travel to Casablanca. Sightseeing tour and free time outside the Hassan II Mosque, located by the sea. We will continue to Rabat. Arrival and accommodation in a Hotel/Riad.
