5 Days. Sahara Desert

 

Breakfast. We will depart for Midelt via Ifrane, known as Little Switzerland. We will stop and rest in the Azrou cedar forest, where we will enjoy watching monkeys in their natural habitat. Then, we will continue our journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains to reach Midelt. We will then cross the Ziz Valley to reach Erfoud, from where we will follow a track that leads us to the desert and travel through the dunes to the kasbah.

At night, we will board a dromedary and travel to the heart of the desert. We will lose ourselves in its immensity to spend a night under the stars in Khaima, just like the authentic Berber people, with whom we will enjoy their drum music and a typical dinner.

Breakfast. Day reserved for enjoying, delighting, and experiencing the desert in its purest form. We will begin our day in Hassilabied, where we will enter a palm grove created and cared for by the entire community. We will continue our journey through the dunes and desert trails, passing through Merzouga and traveling back in time to the small village of Khamlia, inhabited by nomads from sub-Saharan Africa. Here, we will listen to African Gnawa folk music, and the locals will accompany us on a tour of their village. From there, we will follow a trail leading into the desert and travel through the dunes to the Kasbah. Dinner and overnight stay at a Hotel/Riad

Breakfast. We'll wake up at dawn to see Rissani, where we'll stop to visit its colorful souk. In the afternoon, we'll return to Fez. Overnight at a Hotel/Riad
